Scotty’s Celebration of Life will be held on February 29 at the Roseburg Elk’s Lodge from 3pm - 6pm. We will remember Scotty with his friends and family through stories photos and videos, there will be live performances from several musician’s that have known Scotty through the Roseburg music scene, and a reception where we can toast Scotty with some Buffalo Trace (his favorite) and share memories.

Scotty Rifenbark: the man, the son, the husband, the father, the brother, the uncle, the football coach, the computer engineer, the technical-writing pioneer, the Belizian restaurant owner, the undiscovered comic illustrator, the unconditional friend, the patient teacher, the eager student of life, the endlessly humble role-model, and the best damn guitar player in the world wide. Sometimes there's a man. Sometimes, there's a man. That man is Scott Rifenbark. His body passed away on January 29th, but he will be with us forever in so many ways. Scotty's Celebration of Life will be held at the Downtown Roseburg Elk's Lodge on February 29th, 2020. We will share music, stories, memories, food, drinks, and good vibes in his name. Rock on Scotty, we'll do the same for you.
