November 2019 News & Events

November! As the season of Scorpio settles in our psyche, and a blanket of leaves weaves patterns across the pavement, we are so gracious for your support and pleasant vibes. We made a thing - many things actually - and those things now exists in the hearts, minds, CD Players, T-Shirt drawers, and streaming-playlists of so many folks outside of ourselves. Our debut EP Mary in Marion was released on Halloween night, along with a slew of new merchandise, at North Forty among the Hallows and a sea of good vibes. Thank you so much for making it matter!

This Friday November 8th, Widespread Haze returns to Saginaw Vineyard! Though it is a drive away, Saginaw has become a second home for the band, and we hope you will join us for some amazing wine, food, and a few rounds of wine-o! Oh, and its singing-drummer Tommy's birthday gig- so bring your party hats!

[Tommy's alter-ego wants us to let you know that he will also be celebrating his birthday with a solo gig at North Forty on Saturday November 9th with The'Lectrics]

On Tuesday November 26th the band will be adventuring through the uncharted territory of Eugene, Oregon with a debut gig at Old Nick's Pub! We'll be sharing the night with alternative-jazz-rockers Red Mask Down. We know you have friends in Eugene... let them know! Forward this newsletter - let’s spread the rock n' roll like jam on buttered toast!

We will be back at North Forty Brewery on Friday November 29th for our post-Thanksgiving work-out! Bring your friends, family, and dancing shoes - we'll bring the funk!

We made the music, now it’s your turn to share it! Mary in Marion is online available to stream or download in just about every nook and cranny of the world wide web. Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Tidal, Facebook, Youtube, CD Baby - even Napster! So stream away, and spread the vibes by sharing to your social feed, putting us on your playlist, or making a mix-cassette-tape for your friends (if you're still into that kind of thing).

This music means the world to us, and now that it's in the world we hope it means something to you too. If this is your first Widespread Haze newsletter, welcome! If not, welcome back! We're all family here, so stay in touch, and we'll see you at the next gig!
